More Info for the festival stolen from Guyra On line

Lamb & Potato Festival
Guyra is well known for its Lamb and Potato Festival held in mid to late January.
Travelers find the stop in Guyra on their holidays or on their way to the Country Music Festival a chance to relax on the long trip, pick up a bargain from one of the many market stall holders, and be entertained while trying one of Guyra's famous lamb pies. There is fun for all the family and a chance to dine al fresco under the shady trees along the highway.
Many people from within the region also take the opportunity to come to Guyra for the festival and stroll down Bradley Street for some fine food and fine shopping.

Antique Machinery Rally
The Guyra & District Historical Society Machinery Group holds an antique machinery rally each year in conjunction with the festival.
This is held on the Australia Day long weekend and is always very well patronised from near and far, by enthusiasts transporting their favourite machines for display.
For information regarding the Festival or Rally, contact Ron Lockyer on 6779 1621.
